I was in Boonsboro Maryland this weekend attending a workshop lead by an amazing photographer from California. I had a blast, met some new friends and fellow photographers, and got some great shots.
While in Boonsboro, I stayed at a lovely bed and breakfast called Stoney Creek Farm www.StoneyCreekFarm.com. My stay there was amazing! The hospitality was exceptional! When arriving Friday after my first day of the workshop, I was greeted by name. I was shown to my room and then promptly invited to join the family for dinner. All the while being asked if there was anything I needed and having great conversation. I retired to my room to get a good night sleep in preparation for the second day of the workshop. When I woke up I took pictures of the horses as the sun was rising.
After taking some early morning pictures I came inside to coffee, fruit, and a delicious breakfast. I felt like a queen! Before leaving for my workshop, Denise offered to make dinner reservations for my husband (he was meeting me after my workshop was over) and I. The entire weekend was relaxing and my husband and I just felt at home. If you are thinking about a weekend away, Stoney Creek Farm is a great choice. They also host weddings!
